Joseph Federico, Director of Operations

Joseph Federico, NJ MET Vice President and Director of Operations, manages the engineering staff at NJ MET.  Mr. Federico is also responsible for maintaining testing standards and protocols and the NJ MET lab in Clifton.

Mr. Federico stays current with changes in the field of electronic component testing and gives several presentations on the subject each year. This year, he will again attend the DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages) conference. The 2016 conference is set for Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center from November 28 to  December 1.  See for more information on the conference.

Joseph Federico also writes on the subjection of electronic component testing. His recent articles include:

Mr. Federico spends some of his time "on the road," traveling to meet with clients and prospective clients face-to-face in order to better understand their needs.

Joseph Federico oversees charitable efforts

In addition to  his other duties, Joseph Federico manages NJ MET's charitable giving programs and events. NJ Met and its staff plan and participate a variety of charity events each year.  For example, they participate in March o f Dimes walks, donate a perdentage of corporate profits to the Red Cross to support specific  recovery projects and donate toys and food to local northern NJ charities.

Among their annual projects is a Thanksgiving Charity drive for Eva's Kitchen and Oasis Haven for Women, in Paterson NJ.

Mr. Federico also supervises an annual NJ MET scholarship presented to a local graduating high school student who excels in engineering, science and technology.
